In it for the Long Haul: The Skills Required to Build a Successful Admission Career
Many admission officers join the profession working at their alma mater and excited about the prospect of traveling across the country helping to recruit the next great class for their institutions. Between years 3-5, many admission professionals start questioning whether this is a job or a career. Join us for a lively and honest panel discussion about navigating the decision of whether to stay in admissions or not, developing the skills you need to move into middle and senior management and figuring out when it’s best to make your next transition.
