NACAC EAP: Why Your Institution Should Be Utilizing Social Media More

NACAC created the Emerging Admission Professionals (EAP) initiative for those with 0-3 years of experience in college admission.
EAP engages admission professionals through educational sessions and networking opportunities with seasoned professionals from NACAC and its local affiliates.
Educational sessions take place in conjunction with National College Fairs in the spring and fall.

As social media continues to grow at a rapid pace, it is no longer an option to use it as a recruitment tool; it’s a necessity. This session assesses the benefits beyond awareness and interaction that social media can provide to new students. Discuss advanced strategies that utilize social media as a platform for melt prevention, as a way to identify future leaders and a more creative way to give students a glimpse into why your school is unique.
